Yes, that's right. My father is the company president, and I run the factory and work alone. However, the lathes and other machine tools are owned by the company, so they are not my machines. My main work involves machining shafts and cylinders for a major Japanese scientific manufacturer, mostly stainless steel. In the video, we are working with iron-based materials, but most of the actual work is done with stainless steel. In the future, we are planning to purchase a long lathe that can process 1500 to 2000 mm. I believe that the period from today, six months to a year, will be the most crucial period. I'm still inexperienced, but I'll do my best m(_ _)m

いいんだけど、外径寸法出すためにハンドル回して切り込み出来ないね。移動ブレないなら、移動ブレ取り付けるネジ穴利用して取り付ける工夫した法が良いかな。

人生も旋盤と同じで思うようにはいかないですね、僕はネガティブ思考なので一瞬の喜びや達成感はありますが、直ぐ僕なんか、って思ってしまいます。
人生一度きりですので、体が動かなくなるまで旋盤加工や動画作りや資格取得など頑張りたいと思っています。

創意工夫で頑張ってるのは理解していますが
4:24からのVブロックに積み上げは転倒したら危ないと思います。
外径の振れ0.1mm位ですか？
@@yanmi3956 転倒とか吹っ飛ぶことは無いでしょう。センター無しなら、細いですから品物が一瞬で曲がって受けが動くかな。
ただ穴の無いずく材なので、危なく無いかな。ただ、薄いパイプ材の長く出してのセンター無しは危険かも。一瞬でバコンと曲がって曲がった状態で回るので、危ないというかびっくらこくかも。
外径の寸法誤差は0.1mmくらいでした。
本当はピシッと寸法に入れたかったですが、難しかったですm(_ _;)m

僕自身も加工する際受けを置かなければならない状態と思いました。
重ければ重いほど安定すると思いましたので、少し危ない加工ですがこのようなかたちとなりました。
僕はもう少しでお盆休みです！
25日には旋盤1級の筆記試験を控えておりますので、休み期間中にしっかりと仕上げたいと思います🖐️🔩⚙️
